Fill in all required personal, educational, council registration, and experience details accurately.
Step-3
Get a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- made in favour of “ESI Fund Account No. 1, Payable at Faridabad” (exempted for SC/ST/Female/ESM/PH).
Step-4
Attach self-attested copies of 10th certificate, MBBS/M.Sc/PhD degree, council registration, category certificate, and DD copy.
Step-5
For Online Mode : Make a single consolidated PDF named CandidateNameMobileNo (e.g. Rahul9845322***) and email to neha.n@esic.gov.in with subject “Application for the post of [Post Name] – [Name of Candidate]”.
Step-6
