| • The duration of the exam will be 3 hours in one sitting. • Each paper will carry 100 marks. • Each paper will have 100 MCQ questions. • Each question will carry 1 mark. • There will be no negative marking. • The question paper will be bilingual in English and Hindi. • Qualifying Marks: General/ EWS: 40 Marks; OBC (NCL): 35 Marks; SC/ ST/ PWD: 30 Marks |
| Salary Details |
| Selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainees in E-1 Grade in the pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 with initial basic pay of ₹60,000 per month during the training period. After successful completion of one year of training cum probation, candidates will be confirmed in E-1 Grade as Officer (Discipline). Apart from basic pay, selected candidates will also get Dearness Allowance, HRA, perquisites, allowances, Performance Related Pay (PRP), medical facilities, CMPF, CMPS, gratuity, and pension benefits as per company rules. |
| Service Agreement Bond |
| Selected candidates will have to serve the company for a minimum period of 60 months from the date of joining. Candidates will also have to execute a service agreement bond of ₹3 lakh at the time of joining. A sum of ₹5000 per month will be deducted from salary towards bond money and refunded without interest after successful completion of 60 months of service. |
