The selection process for DGQA Technician Recruitment 2026 includes the following stages:

• Written Test (Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions)
• Trade Test (Departmental Skill Test)
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination

The question paper for the written test will be based on the 10th standard (Matriculation) syllabus of Central/State Boards and comprises the following parts:

Note: There is no negative marking for wrong answers attempted in the written examination.

• Check your eligibility as per the official notification details.
• Neatly type or fill out the application form in English on an A4 size paper as per the prescribed format (Appendix ‘A’).
• Fill out the two Admit Cards (Appendix ‘B’).
• Attach self-attested copies of essential documents including educational certificates, ITI pass certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and birth certificates.
• Affix recent passport-size photographs on the application form and admit cards.
• Enclose a self-addressed envelope (30 cm x 12 cm) affixed with a postal stamp of Rs. 60/-.
• Superscribe the outer envelope clearly as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF TECHNICIAN (SKILLED)” or “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF TECHNICIAN (SEMI SKILLED)”.
