On the HPDS portal click Check Vacancy and select an available vacancy in your village or ward.

Enter your Family ID (PPP ID) and select your name from the list of family members. Your details are auto-filled from the HPPA database; fill any missing details.
Step-6
Enter the full address of the proposed place of business (shop premises).
Step-7
Review the form carefully and submit it. Save the generated Application Number (SMS confirmation is also sent to your registered mobile). Keep original documents ready for field verification.
