| Selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining. During probation, officers are required to pass the non-life “Licentiate Examination” conducted by the Insurance Institute of India. Additionally, candidates are required to sign a Guarantee Bond committing to serve the company for a minimum of four years (including the probation period). Resigning before completing the bond period invokes liquidated damages equivalent to one year’s gross salary plus partial training costs where applicable. |
