| • Download and print the proforma application form (Annexure-I) from the official advertisement or portal. • Fill out all required personal details, educational qualifications, address, and category information carefully in English or Hindi. • Paste a self-attested passport-size photograph on the form, and attach two additional identical photographs. • Attach self-attested copies of supporting documents including 12th mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate, and domicile certificate. • Prepare a self-addressed envelope with a Rs. 10/- postal stamp affixed to it. • Write clearly on the top of the main envelope: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF LOWER DIVISION CLERK (LDC) AND CATEGORY UR”. • Send the completed application form along with all enclosures by post to: Air Officer Commanding, Air Force Station, Tezpur, Assam-784104. • Ensure your application reaches the designated postal address within 30 days from the date of publication in Employment News. |
