Step-2
Download and print the application form on A4-size paper.
Step-3
Fill out the form in capital letters, paste a recent passport-size photograph and sign it.
Step-4
Attach self-attested copies of all required documents, including age, address and citizenship proof, educational certificates, ITI certificate (if applicable), experience certificate (if applicable), community certificate and HMV Driving Licence (for MV Mechanic). Also attach one extra photograph.
Step-5
Enclose all documents in an envelope and superscribe: “Application for the post of / Name of Trade: ____________”.
